The goal of ISS is to help individuals and organizations achieve maximum efficiency and profit by influencing behaviors and cultures that embrace accountability, encourage empowerment, and emphasize innovation.
Here at ISS, our purpose is pretty straight forward. "We help individuals and organizations reach their full potential by thoroughly understanding their needs, expectations, and opportunities." We do so by connecting and leading the right people to minimize the task at hand, but maximize the opportunity. In other words, “we get stuff done!”
We package these services as consulting, staffing, and training. These services are rendered as fixed-priced or time-and-material engagements. We consult in the areas of: business process management, organizational development, marketing & branding, executive coaching & leadership development, and change management & facilitation. We provide staffing expertise in the areas of IT, engineering, project management, and support. We are experts in customizing and delivering training in the areas of innovation & new technology, policy & business processes, customer service, and interpersonal & communications skills.
Our customers are as varied as our services. We work with impassioned entrepreneurs, overworked middle managers, and multibillion dollar, c-level management teams alike. They come from academia, government, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, and of course, automotive. If you need help managing your next big initiative, please connect with us.
Growing up as the son of a builder, Paul Parzuchowski was accustomed to seeing things built from start to finish.
Consequently, at a young age he adopted a strong work ethic that focuses on getting stuff done. As the middle child of eight, Paul naturally became an adroit communicator and keen negotiator. Later, he honed both skills with a B.A. and Master’s in language and communication with a focus on technical writing.
Early in his career, using his communication skills and technical aptitude, he bridged the gap between developers and users, managers and staff, industry and customers by writing user manuals and delivering training. He wore several hats in the process such as business analyst, tech writer, trainer, and project manager.
Later in his career, Paul was involved with several start-ups that were serving Fortune 500 firms. Here is where he mastered his business acumen by donning such titles as program manager, marketing strategist, vice president of sales & marketing, and ultimately, partner. Simultaneously, he quietly built an impressive curriculum vitae lecturing and facilitating workshops on communication and customer service at the college and university levels. In 2000, Paul joined ISS and shortly thereafter became the managing partner where he navigated the business direction and led consulting, staffing, and training initiatives.
A decade or so later, he is still helping individuals and organizations to innovate, evolve and improve business practices particularly in the areas of—business process, executive management, organizational development, marketing & branding, and communication. His efforts positively impact customer imperatives such as executive team makeup, branding, cost reduction, engineering, IT, quality control, and time-to-market. Oh yeah, he continues to lecture and facilitate too. When he’s not doing that, you can find him on the golf course, barbecuing poolside, dreaming of flying, traveling, enjoying the lake life, or just hanging with his lovely family of five.
ISS, led by Paul, promotes a work culture where accountability is not a dirty word, empowerment is for real and performance is a must. In a sense, he is an agent of change working with individuals and organizations to inspire optimum performance. He summarizes it best himself when he says, “From legacy, c-level decision makers to starry-eyed entrepreneurs, we are here to help by connecting the right people to create the right solution.”
